As a resident of Steamboat Springs for more than 38 years and spending more than two decades as a Realtor, beginning with the successful sell-out of The Steamboat Grand Resort, Dave knows Steamboat! Prior to his real estate career, he spent many years as a specialized travel agent working primarily with ski groups. “My time spent in and around resorts throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountains helped make me very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different towns.” Dave is exceptionally knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and condominium complexes in and around Steamboat Springs and developments throughout Routt County. Married for more than 35 years, Dave and his wife Katherine have raised two daughters in the valley and are still enjoying life on a small ranch just outside of town.
